Why has my free bet not been credited after I placed a qualifying bet?

 Free bets should be credited after the qualifying bet for a promotion has settled, in some cases this can take up to 24 hours after settlement to be credited.

Are you offering any free bets or promotions currently?

 To view any promotions that are available for your account, please click on your wallet in the Stakemate app (bottom right corner) and head to promotions. You can also head to stakemate.com/promotions for welcome promotion and general promotion information.

Can I exchange my free bets for a different type of free bet?

 We cannot exchange free bets into different types of free bets.

What can I use my free bets on?

 You can use your free bets on any market or event on Stakemate.

What are the requirements to use my free bets?

 By clicking on the yellow free bet icon on the Stakemate app, this will expand telling you the requirements for your free bet, such as:

·       The minimum amount of selections that your bet builder or accumulator must reach before the free bet becomes available on the betslip.

·       Minimum odds of the free bet, this is the minimum odds your bet must reach before the free bet becomes available on the betslip.

·       Whether your free bet is a solo free bet or is a free group bet.

Do my free bets have an expiry date?

 By clicking on the yellow free bet icon on the Stakemate app, this will expand, with the expiration of the free bet being under the free bet type heading.
