What do I need to do qualify for the welcome bonus?

To qualify for our welcome bonus you must place a qualifying bet. The requirements of this qualifying bet can be found at www.stakemate.com/promotions

When will my welcome bonus be credited?

Your welcome bonus should be credited immediately after your qualifying bets settle, but in some cases this can take up to 24 hours post qualifying bet settlement.

What is the welcome bonus?

The welcome bonus consists of free bets worth £20. They come in the form of 2 x £5 free bets, and 2 x £5 free group bets.

Am I eligible/do I need to opt in for the welcome bonus?

If you opted into marketing at registration you will be eligible. If you are unsure, please log into the Stakemate App, click on your account in the bottom right corner and click on promotions, where if you are not already opted in you will be able to.
